What is the opportunity?
This position calls on your relationship management, analytical and problem-solving skills to design, develop, implement and communicate compensation solutions. You add value by applying both creativity and technical expertise, aligning salary, short term incentive and equity programs with RBC’s compensation principles and business strategies. In providing expert advice to executives, senior management and functional partners, you will ensure they have a clear understanding of the financial and human capital impact of their compensation decisions. In this role you will report to the Senior Director, Compensation and join a highly motivated team of HR professionals who are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences that enable RBC to attract, engage and retain talent.
