What will you do?
• Drive the creation of an integrated end-to-end acquisition strategy (50%) to improve acquisition results by creating strategies and initiatives to encourage clients to enroll in Creditor insurance
•Lead the creation of acquisition reporting & analytics (25%)
• Relationship management (15%)
What will you need to succeed?
• Minimum 4 to 7 years of related/applicable experience
• Strategic, innovative and analytical thinker with the ability to process complex information and exercise sound judgment
• Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management, facilitation and collaboration across complex organizational environments
• Proven ability to impact and influence across all levels of the organization through effective communication, presentation skills and participation in cross-functional group settings
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and competing priorities
• Experience with RBC portfolio reporting tools such as Tableau, Data Studio etc.
