• Associate should have experience in development and Agile - SAFe methodology.
• Should have more than 8 years of software development experience.
• Technical Skills- Mainframe Utilities DB2 for z/OS COBOL, VSAM JCL.
• Domain Skills- Life and Annuities Insurance.
• Attend requirement walkthrough meetings.
• Technical and team lead for Cypress application.
• Provide application and technical guidance to the development team.
• Perform as a developer on certain projects where required. These include minor enhancements and product updates.
• Coordinate and interact with the on-site/offshore team to clarify on requirements / issues if any.
• Provide technical mentoring to developers.
• Perform all applicable SDLC activities for the work items assigned.
• Work closely with other team members in the project to address any cross-project issues.
• Attend weekly release plan meeting with business teams and prioritize the requirements.
• Work closely with client management on resourcing needs and ensure that demand and capacity are matching
