Qualification:

Bachelors in science , engineering or equivalent

• At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle- Informatica, IICS, Snowflake, and AWS Services. 
• At least 4 years of experience in Informatica and IICS development and maintenance projects 

• Strong understanding and hands-on programming/scripting experience skills – UNIX shell or Python
• Experience with development and implementation of ETL/ELT framework for complex warehouses/marts. Knowledge of large data sets and experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting 
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. 
• Strong written and oral communication skills 
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment 

Responsibility:

• Perform detail design, development, documentation, debugging and implementation of solutions for Informatica and IICS ETL requirements. 
• Should have strong skills on ETL design patterns and data architecture, UNIX and Oracle, Snowflake, AWS Services, or Teradata
• To provide end to end ETL Design solutions and support Architecture in defining strategies. Leading team of designers and developers 
• To understand the overall purpose of the projects and contribute to requirements & data analysis, and provide solutions from an ETL perspective 
• Delivery of low level design documents with ETL & DWH strategy, standards and adhering to ETL & BIW principles & policies. 
• Strong understanding of ETL, Application Data Integration, DWH and Report designs with functional and non-functional assessment for global implementations. 

• Identify data source for different type of Customer data and analyze applications / system data 
• Accountable for project related queries/issues. 
• Should be well versed with following Informatica PowerCenter and IICS Client’s tool set Ã¢â‚¬â€œ 

• Informatica PowerCenter Designer - Mapping Development 

• Informatica PowerCenter Workflow Manager – Workflow Development 
• Informatica PowerCenter Workflow Monitor – Job Monitoring 
• Informatica PowerCenter Repository Manager – Building Code Deployment Queries  
• Good exposure of Informatica Command line utilities such as pmcmd, pmrep, etc. 
• Able to design end to end ETL solution for complex case studies. 

• Working knowledge of at least one Job scheduler tool. 
• Identify data source for different type of Customer data and analyze applications / system data 
• Using all of the above components to create and maintain an enterprise data solution and rules execution. 
• Must have hands-on experience with Snowflake DWH, SQL, Shell Scripting, bash, Korn shell scripting, SQL performance tuning, relational model analysis and data migration. 
• Should have good communication skills and client handling skills. 
• Strong knowledge in BI and Data Warehousing.
