Opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor or an HR Business Partner to join a leading private surgical hospital group, in a truly generalist role.
You will get the opportunity to develop, manage and implement human resource policies, procedures, and initiatives that provide staff with the capability to enable them to meet their goals.
You will work to develop and maintain your specialist expertise in a number of areas such as recruitment, performance management, training and development, and employment law.
Partnering role to provide advice to Managers as agreed with the HR Manager. You will also provide an account management service to the business across the range of HR services.
