Te Kaiurungi | About the Role
The Biometrics team is the newest team in our Customer Onboarding and Identity (COI) domain. The team will be responsible for creating digital products that will support BNZ's end to end digital onboarding initiative. The team will help us digitally verify the identity of our new customers, as well as uplift and ongoing due diligence of existing customer information through staff and customer facing channels. The team will work closely with other product teams in COI, throughout BNZ and external vendors, to collaboratively design and develop cloud solutions that support strategic outcomes. By ensuring we have valid identification details we can protect our customers and help them be good with money.

Working in an agile team you will drive continuous improvement, lead and collaborate with the team and contribute to code and configuration to develop software solutions. With working relationships across all of Technology and the wider BNZ, you will be comfortable communicating at all levels as well as providing advice regarding applications to enable support functions to operate effectively.
