This is where you come in: In this role on our Design Platform team, you’ll help us scale product design across the organization to deliver better, more consistent experiences for our customers.
You’ll also facilitate the discovery and development of design best practices across the organization, and manifest these through components, patterns and guidelines within our design system, contribution process, design tooling and education programs.
Backed by the might of our teams, you’ll have the tools and resources needed to achieve extraordinary results that make a significant impact extending beyond the boundaries of traditional Front-End Developer roles.
About Design Platform at RBC
The Design Platform team facilitates the co-creation and documentation of the systems, tools and frameworks that enable design at scale. We’re part of the team helping to operationalize design at RBC.
As a Senior Front-End Developer on the Design Platform Team, you will work with the team to collaboratively design, develop and communicate about UI components for re-use in digital products across RBC. You will also be responsible for consulting with other design teams, development teams and product groups to identify and solve for systems-level problems.
