- Prepare monthly files for CM Variable compensation US & Canadian Legal entities and Shared based compensation awards, posting of monthly journal entries; prepare monthly SOD binder, PEGA attestation
- Perform annual variable compensation payment reconciliation process through dealings with HR and Financial Control
- Coordinate with Executive Human Resources on grant files and payout files for share based compensation awards
- Liaise with Tax team for preparation of yearly tax schedules
- Analyze, investigate and document variances analyses. Work with Manager/Senior Manager to address reporting matters and requests on data analysis
- Communicate and provide guidance to Business Units on variance analysis on shared based compensation and benefits expenses
- Liaise with internal auditors on queries related to questions on variable compensation, share based compensation and benefits
- Maintain proper documentation of entries posted and support for PEGA attestation
- Centralized the booking of CM VC for US and Canadian legal entities
Must-have
- BA/BSc with 3+ years’ experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and also in teamwork, with a creative mindset to develop and analyze alternative solutions and make recommendations
- With a “can-do†attitude and ability to manage numerous priorities simultaneously
- Detail oriented, good organizational and time management skills
- Strong PC skills, including Excel and Word, and high degree of numerical literacy
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of RBC Financial Group various reporting processes and systems
- CA/CMA/CGA
