We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support the Deputy Director-General (DDG) and our wider group's capability and capacity to support delivery of current and future work priorities.
You will be a supreme organiser, in charge of diary management for a busy Executive. Your skills will be utilised in leading and contributing to the activities of the Group, providing relationship management, financial and business support. You will bring an eye for detail, strong leadership and innovative organisation and coordination experience.

The Office of the Director-General is a fast paced and supportive group that leads and supports organisational excellence by providing timely, high-quality advice, communications, and governance support to the Ministry of Health's Executive Leadership Team, diary management and support to our busy DDG, and services to support ministers.
Te whainga poto o tēnei tūranga – What is the purpose of this position?:
The Senior Executive Assistant is an integral member of the team. They provide high quality, timely one-to-one executive support to the Deputy Director-General (DDG), including dealing with matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
Responsibilities include the effective and efficient management of the Office of the DDG, secretarial support, diary management, scheduling meetings, managing finances, travel and purchasing, and the provision of high quality, timely advice and relationship management to internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the group.

This role is a band has a salary range of $62,566 - $83,422. Offered salary will be based on candidates' skills and experience.
