The Senior eCommerce Business Analyst will support the evolution of eCommerce data management, governance, automation, and self-serve reporting to enable continuous data to insights to action loop. This role is accountable for the successful development and delivery of analytical insights to drive operational improvements and building reporting capabilities that improve the customer and store experience related to eCommerce. The Senior eCommerce Business Analyst will do process analysis/design to key projects; industry analysis and strategy development. They will work with cross functional teams including IT, Supply Chain, Digital and Store Operations. To be effective, the Senior eCommerce Business Analyst must have a good understanding of the business, retail, IT processes, the external landscape, and have an ability to work effectively with the complexities inherent in the related business processes.
