As a member of the Financial Markets Digital Acceleration team, you will be involved in creating innovative technology solutions that support our growth and digital transformation. You will be part of an inspiring team of finance and technology professionals dedicated to developing tools and applications that support our traders and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will interact directly with traders and be responsible for defining requirements, designing, developing, deploying and maintaining applications while adhering to best development practices.

You will have a direct impact on the Financial Markets P&L and face a wide variety of technical and business challenges.

To be successful in the role, you must have:

- Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent;

- Demonstrated experience in a software development role (5+ years)

- Experience and demonstrated leadership in one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, C#

- Experience in UI development in React and/or Angular technologies

- Deep understanding of relational data management technology

- Interest and curiosity in the field of Financial Markets

- Bilingualism (spoken / written) French and English an asset

Assets :

- Experience with AWS (IAM, S3, EC2, RDS, EKS)

- Experience with DevOps tools (GIT, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Nexus, Atlassian Jira & Confluence)

- Experience with Linux and infrastructure tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)

- Experience with profiling and application performance (detect weak points and optimize their treatment)

- Experience in Financial Markets
