Working closely with the Product Owners of various Personal and Commercial Banking initiatives, you will:

• Assess the benefits and challenges of the business initiative you are assigned to (impact and scope of changes)
• Help analyze the impact and risk of changes for users and recommend performance KPIs
• Be an expert analyst of various organizational data
• Contribute to the design, development and production of dashboards in Power BI
• Help improve the management and quality of deployment data
• Help lead KPI workshops and workshops to analyze deployment impact, risks and issues
• Understand business needs, make recommendations, present deployment status reports with supporting data and create dashboards
• Analyze performance KPIs, make recommendations that will aid decision-making (active performance tracking)
• Convey and explain results to the business unit’s project partners and management
• Draft and present progress reports to the project committee
• Support project delivery by creating innovative tracking tools (KPI dashboards and others) and updating them
• Develop and maintain relationships with the other data teams to encourage knowledge sharing and facilitate collaboration
• Positively influence and motivate stakeholders to reach common goals.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience OR master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience OR university certificate/undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program and 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience analyzing data, creating and producing dashboards and performance indicators
• Proven experience operating complex data environments and/or multiple-source data environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, client-centric
• Knowledge of Python SQL, an asset
• Experience in project deployment
• In-depth knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel and Access)
• Proficiency with collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint)
• Strong interest in business, client needs and improving the client experience
• Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French).
