In collaboration with: Digital Strategy, CEC, MCE, Marketing, Operations, IT as well as the branch network, you will have to:
- Ensure digital solutions offered to clients are understood by working with the Digital Channels team to bring standardized deployment strategies focused on the client experience while maximizing the expertise of our employees.
- Obtain an overview of business challenges in order to provide the best recommendations and directions that will simplify decision-making to meet objectives.
- Work closely with various partners and understand their business needs and issues in order to align and influence discussions about objectives.
- Identify and reduce the impacts associated with deploying projects.
- Identify deployment constraints, risks and requirements and make sure they are addressed through integrated deployment strategies.
- Define specific activities to ensure initiatives are adopted while minimizing the impact of change and managing deployment risks.
- Participate in IT team scrums to provide pertinent information to the teams involved.
- Support digital channel deployment managers in implementing initiatives by offering deployment strategies linked to digital specificities.
- Help carry out post-implementation activities in order to reach the results before the project is put into operation.
More specifically, you’ll be required to:
- Work with stakeholders and product owners to define various client/employee deployment strategies in line with the cultural shift.
- Lead workshops on impact analysis, risks, issues and KPIs in order to ensure the strategy focuses on clients and employees.
- Work together to establish support structures to ensure employees' and clients' needs are properly addressed.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with the various stakeholders involved in strategy delivery activities.
- Contribute to discussions and influence the project's direction by applying best practices in change management.
- Update deployment methodology, processes, and tools (best practices for digital channels).
- Participate in discussions to create deployment tracking dashboards.
- Adopt new project delivery methods and approaches (e.g., Agile)
Competencies required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience OR master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience OR university certificate/undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program and 8 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in project/deployment management when implementing solutions for clients
- Experience integrating user experience and client interface (UX-UI), an asset
- Interest in the digital field
- Coaching experience, an asset
- Knowledge of CEC call centre and employee support structure used, an asset
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and HUB tools
- Extensive knowledge of Jira, Confluence
- Ability to easily communicate verbally and in writing, including leading workshops and presentations at an executive level
- Strong ability to exert influence and recognized leadership skills
- Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
