The opportunity

EY DnA is the data and advanced analytics capability within EY Asia-Pacific, with over 500 specialist employees working across multiple industry sectors.

We are currently seeking a Senior Data Delivery Lead to join our team supporting our clients in defining and implementing a data journey aligned with their strategic objectives. 

Due to the nature of the client, the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen.

 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Focusing on the day-to-day delivery (Design, delivery and test) across all Client projects This includes running daily stand ups / meetings with some fairly senior stakeholders. 
• Providing client executives (Assistant and Deputy Commissioner level) with clear reporting of status, risks, issues and pathway forward. The individual needs to be an effective communicator. 
• Needs to be relatively familiar with technical data / technology concepts and a good understanding and experience delivering data platforms (preferably Redshift) and cloud (AWS) to provide effective advice and guidance to client stakeholders. 
• Has experience in application and data migration.
• Needs to work with the delivery team to develop high level and detailed plans across all projects.
• Needs to have people management experience and strong with client management

 

To qualify for the role, you must have :

• Has some experience with Data Strategy related work.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing complex data and analytics transformation projects.
• Experience leading teams, developing people, and creating enjoyable team culture.
• Highly developed stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to establish strong working relationships at an executive level, across multiple clients.
• Demonstrated background as a successful Program Manager/Delivery Lead in managing high value, complex Data & Analytics programs in a large and diverse organization
• Solid understanding both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Consulting experience and background, including engaging directly with clients
• Experience in a delivery role on Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Big Data or analytics projects
