As a Senior Data Analyst on the Datahub team in the Personal Banking IT, Data and Financing sector, you will leverage your leadership abilities, organization skills and good ideas to support the Operations team.

In your role, you will actively participate in the operational activities of the organization's largest data platform in addition to playing a key role in organizing and coordinating operational requests.

Your role:

Roll out and improve various dashboards to monitor operational performance

Analyze performance indicators to gain insights and make recommendations

Analyze incoming operational requests in order to prioritize them and assign them to the right stakeholders

Actively participate in managing, resolving and documenting incidents

Perform various operational tasks, such as those related to access management and deployments

Lead and coordinate team meetings

Understand business sector strategies, issues, and operational realities so you can support IT teams in developing innovative and efficient solutions

Ensure that new solutions (change management, process upgrades, operations transfers) are operational

Act as a change agent for the management, delivery and orchestration teams.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience or master's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of PowerBI, JIRA, Scripting, Confluence, Excel

Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodology

Knowledge of SQL

Experience in data analysis

Positive, mobilizing and inclusive leadership style

Ability to work in a team 

Ability to organize and conduct meetings with stakeholders from different fields

Good organizational skills, independence, thoroughness and initiative

Focused on achieving goals and meeting deadlines

Technical knowledge and ability to adapt

French important (spoken and written); functional English

Preferred skills:

Knowledge of Python, an asset

Professional experience in an operational context, an asset
