Your job

• Analyze credit applications originating from our branches or our accredited merchants, within your latitude, and interpret the information gathered in order to authorize loans according to the procedures in effect
• Propose alternative solutions in order to authorize loans according to established standards
• Master the tools, processes and systems required to perform your duties and suggest improvements
• Protect the interests of the Bank by ensuring compliance and suggesting improvements to established policies, standards and procedures
• Act as a resource person for your less experienced colleagues

More specifically, you will:

• Master Safir, ACAPS, SAP
• Communicate with our sales force team for certain files
• Achieve a quality level (first time right) above 90%.
• Imbibe Operations values (I am curious, disciplined and think "end to end")

Competencies required

• Bachelor's degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and two years of relevant experience OR University Certificate and six years of relevant experience
• Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English
