The Deloitte Consulting Transformation and Operations team provides a dynamic environment where you will work on challenging projects, across a range of client organisations.

What will your typical day look like?

• Engage directly with high profile clients on their most important and challenging business issues - addressing and solving their priority operational problems
• Work with a high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive profitability and performance through their operations
• Draw on Deloitte's unique capabilities in Technology, Digital, Data Analytics and experience from our global consulting network
• Undertake extensive Business Transformation, Operations Excellence, and Strategic Cost Transformation (eg. target operating model design, agile delivery, lean, process re-engineering and workflow) focused training and development with the opportunity to experience borderless careers through international assignments and secondments
• You will be working alongside Australia's leaders solving the toughest problems
• Conduct analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents etc.)
• Draft / storyboard project deliverables and engagement materials
• Conduct client meetings and interviews / assist with the facilitation of client workshops
• Mentor junior colleagues in delivery (reviewing work, providing guidance etc.)

In Response to strong client demand for our services, we are currently seeking a Senior Consultant within our Operation and Transfromation team.

• 3+ years consulting or problem solving experience in a commercial, start up, publich sector, social impact, disruptor or gig organisation
• Experience leading and mentoring teams with a passion to develp others as well as self
• Experience in operating model transformation, operational excellence, value stream analysis and process redesign.
• Excellent performance in your degree qualification in a quantitative-related discipline - Tertiary qualification and/or MBA desirable
• Proven experience working with or on consulting project teams in areas such as target operating model design, enterprise cost reduction and operational excellence
• Quantitative, analytical, and data modelling skills
• Mentoring and coaching junior consultants in delivery
• Facilitation of client meetings / workshops
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
