The Bell Business Markets (BBM) Professional Services delivery team is the consulting arm of Bell Canada Enterprise responsible for the design, execution and implementation of solutions for the Enterprise Customer market.

Our Montreal Information Security practice is growing and we are seeking a Senior Consultant Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance with experience in PCI compliance to help our clients with the identification and remediation of risks posed by Internet threats.
Job Duties/ Accountabilities:
Analyze and diagnose client business issues to develop and recommend creative solutions.
Assist in building consensus with client management while understanding and communicating client expectations to the project team. Throughout projects you will accept and manage complexity in projects and guide teams in dealing effectively with change barriers and project constraints.
Cultivate relationships with clients and possess a strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies.
Employ a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and project profitability.
Develop your expertise in a specialization and your reputation as a business advisor.
Contribute to practice growth and development.
Lead business development presentations and actively participate in complex proposal development while demonstrating your selling and closing skills.
Participate in the development and delivery of training programs
Critical Qualifications/ Competencies:
The individual will be involved in all aspects of the Cyber Risk and PCI practice and the following list of skills would be highly desirable:
Post-secondary degree / diploma in a field related to IT, IT Security or Information Technology
Experience with network design and administration of firewall, switches, routers
Experience conducting PCI Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) assessments would be an asset
Knowledge of credit card settlement and authorization environments and CHIP and PIN credit cards is an asset
Experience in conducting application, network, and Point of Sale devices (POS) vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and digital forensics and malware analysis would be an asset
Experience with scripting and programming would be an asset
System audit experience would be an asset
Possesses the CISSP or CISM certification.
Possesses or is working towards other control or security related designations such as CEH, CISA, PCI-QSA, PCI-PCIP, ISO 27xxx, etc.
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Interpersonal skills and ability to work with others effectively in a team environment
Strong technical analytical skills
Ability to adapt quickly and work at a dynamic fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Organization and time management skills
Project management skills
Consulting experience with external clients is an asset
Ability to travel within Canada if required
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
