The role:

This is a full time, permanent role that can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or the ACT. This role will predominantly require facilitation across a number of our dynamic and highly practical workshops. Content includes areas of facilitation such as psychological health & safety, workplace mental health and well-being, resilience, and managing staff with mental health concerns. These services are delivered virtually and face to face where required.  

Depending on your level of experience and availability, there may also be opportunities to work collaboratively with the Communicorp team to develop and deliver some of our other consulting services.
  
About you:

  • 5+ Years’ relevant experience (negotiable)
  • Psychologist with full AHPRA registration
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (not essential)
  • Broad clinical and organisational psychology knowledge is imperative
  • Demonstrated facilitation skills of organisational development and psychological workshops
  • Professional consultation and engagement skills
  • Commercially astute
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships and networks
  • Ability to travel inter and intrastate when required
