As well as developing your technical skills, you will learn about business strategy and business issues.  On your first day, we'd love for you to have:

• Experience within several large-scale technology transformation projects, taking ownership of delivery across client team.
• Ability to seek alignment of business and technology, operating across organisational and technology silos to drive common approaches, and in delivering sustainable agile and re-usable solutions.
• Knowledge of a range of Project Management approaches including PRINCEII, PMP,Agile, etc.
• As you will be working with Federal Government clients, be an Australian citizen and living or prepared to relocate to Canberra.

 It's great, but not required, if you have:

• Strong consulting experience background.
• Experience delivering projects in a Cloud environment.
• Knowledge of Pega frameworks, strategic applications & cloud deployments.
