We are seeking applications from Senior Consultant to Manager level candidates within Wealth and Asset Management. These roles are permanently based in Melbourne or Sydney.  

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with senior stakeholders (both internal and external) to understand their business requirements to identify their challenges with data that can be addressed using various Analysis techniques. 

Conduct deep dives with Business SMEs to evaluate risks, controls and issues; identify inherent risks, threats, pain points, control gaps and weaknesses. 

Develop and maintain strong effective working relationships with key management personnel and internal client base including data engineers, BA’s and directly with the services/businesses 

Prepare comprehensive business requirements documents that meet the needs of business stakeholders and achieve operational best practice

Review and dissect ‘As Is’ process and establish necessary changes required to ensure optimal ‘To Be’ processes are defined

Participate and lead the proposal development including the pricing strategy in line with the business’ processes 

Provide professional and strategic leadership regarding best practice delivery approach, project metrics and overall project quality 

Translate complex technical concepts into simple communications which the business can understand  

To qualify for the role, you must have

Proven expertise in Asset Management is essential. 

Deep understanding of Technology and Data systems across the sector such as Blackrock, Simcorp, Thinkfolio, Bloomberg AIM and similar systems. 

Core project and business analysis skills delivering technical projects for clients such as RFPs. 

Stakeholder engagement delivering to senior managers and C-suite 

Strong delivery focus and drive to achieve the best outcome for your clients 

Designing industry specific operating models and strategy

Understanding of working in Agile environment

Ideally, you’ll also have

Business Degree; MBA preferred 

A passion for identifying and growing new business opportunities 

Strong consulting experience and background, including engaging directly with clients

The preferred applicant will be subject to employment screening by EY or by their external third party provider. Regarding this role, the minimum salary is $90,000 including 10% superannuation.
