The opportunity

 As a key member of our growing Intelligent Operations team, this role will see the Intelligent Automation Senior Consultant take the work on the delivery of all things automation for our clients.  Working in a truly collaborative team which understands that automation is bigger than just one tool set, and you will deliver sophisticated design, innovative solutions and high-quality standards to support our vision of delivering a better working world. This work will involve moving beyond just Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and will involve the embedding of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into our offerings.

 Skills and attributes for success

  To be considered for this position you must have:

• Previous experience in delivering automation and/or Intelligent Operations projects within complex environments.
• A passion for improving business processes and outcomes.  Experiences may include:
  • delivery continuous improvement initiatives coupling improvements in process design, underlaying datasets, technologies utilised and ways of working (relevant experience in lean or six sigma qualifications a plus);
  • Experience in automation implementation delivery management of automation projects in RPA (machine learning and AI a plus);
  • Experience and understanding of a range of emerging technologies e.g. process intelligence toolsets, integration toolsets, Python, C#, Visual Basic or low code process configuration and design.  Relevant certifications a plus e.g. Microsoft suite, RPA software tools, Abbyy, Service Now, etc.  
• Expertise in solution design and working in either waterfall or agile environments.
• Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements and process flows into solutions that can be implemented.
• Be able to work in a team environment, communicate with confidence and be comfortable having complex conversations with clients.
• A passion for innovation and challenging the status quo.
• Work effectively in a continuous integration, deployment, and delivery environment.
• Australian citizenship, which enables the ability to obtain baseline security clearance to work with our clients.

 Ideally, you will also have

• Understanding of automation infrastructure for scaled technology deployment (SQL server configuration, virtual machine setup, networking, etc).
• Strong ambition to establish yourself as a leader in an organisation that will enable and support your development and be able to drive design thinking and the value of human-centred design into everything we do, and you are familiar and comfortable executing using agile methodologies.
• Exposure to machine learning capabilities including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform.
