  • Support management of engagements by ensuring that work products and services are oriented to each client’s needs, and are clear, accurate and well presented

  • Help manage internal budgets and administration requirements and ensure quality, independence and risk management protocols are followed

  • Support business development activities including the preparation of proposals

  • Oversee and support the work of consultants and senior consultants in the team where required

  • Build relationships across EY, with clients and other industry professionals.

 Skills and attributes for success

  • Professional experience in a relevant role or sector i.e an accounting or law firm, management consultancy, engineering practice, infrastructure firm, private sector industry participant, or within any level of government

  • A strong interest in infrastructure; experience in the economic, commercial and financial aspects of transport, social infrastructure, major transactions and/or energy markets

  • Willingness to apply your skills across multiple sectors and multiple disciplines

  • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in internal and external forums

  • Advanced report writing, analysis, ability to think non-linearly and strategically when problem solving and utilise general commercial skills and acumen

  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects / people concurrently, and effectively prioritise competing demands

 Your EY experience

At EY, you’ll be rewarded and recognised based on your performance and our comprehensive benefits package can be tailored to your individual needs.

  • 18 weeks of paid parental leave along with other additional leave entitlements with no minimum service.

  • Flexible working arrangements to help you balance your work and personal responsibilities.

  • Take advantage of myPerks with a great range of discounts at various popular retailers as well as lifestyle benefits and corporate discounts.
