We are seeking a leader who has a strong background in project management and change management. The role will report to the Director HR – Strategic Initiatives and HR Analytics. This highly visible role has substantial impact across the department and is ideal for someone who naturally sees the big picture. Someone who is curious and excited with new challenges and will roll up their sleeves and contribute to the outcome. Someone that is passionate about the employee experience and can identify proactive steps and opportunities to improve it.

 

This role requires strong capabilities in problem solving, analytical and critical thinking, designing and managing change management plans, collaboration, facilitation and driving for results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic initiatives – project manages large cross-functional change initiatives, to drive employee experience and engagement, making connections between strategic objectives and opportunities, in collaboration with HR, Value Creation, Finance, IT, and Corporate Communications teams, keeping all stakeholders on track to drive action. Monitor and assess key industry trends relevant to the HR function.

Change management – supports improving overall project, change and implementation management across HR, implements governance practices to bring cross-functional perspective to key operational activities and to improve successful delivery with all key stakeholders

Process Design and Development - Process mapping and design, develop key communications materials in partnership with our corporate teams, design and creation of Bellnet content and new HR policies

Annual planning and HR Engagement – manages and contributes to the annual planning cycle across all of HR and assists with town hall events and communications to the broader HR team

 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human capital or related field, or equivalent work experience

5 or more years of experience in large enterprise, in Human Resources, consulting or change management

Demonstrated experience in leading projects, planning and facilitation, leveraging planning and project management tools, process and method maturity

Demonstrated ability to understand, prioritize and manage stakeholder requirements and expectations

Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated HR expertise and a passion for the employee experience

An understanding of current and emerging trends and the implications for our company, team members and the HR organization

Proven ability develop strong partnerships and collaborative relationships

People leadership and experience coaching and developing others is nice to have

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
