• Demonstrated experience in a finance performance environment, either in consulting or in industry.
• Supported finance function transformation and change (covering areas such as strategy, process, people, technology, and data).
• Supported with current state assessments and future state design and implementation.
• Provided assistance on technology implementations (such as Microsoft, SAP, Blackline, Anaplan).
• Performed data analysis and visualisation (using tools such as PowerBI and Tableau).
• Delivered emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning or AI.
• Worked within a team to design and run large scale programs of change.
• Assisted with business case development.
• Developed basic financial models.
• Supported project management experience, including stakeholder management.
• Displayed lateral thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Worked collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Displayed excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling delivery of exceptional quality reporting.
• Have a mindset built on owning what you are responsible for.
• Willing to go the extra mile.
