With projects ranging from High-End Boutique Multi-Story Residential and Mixed-Use Developments through to iconic Commercial Builds, Education, and Health-Care, we are actively seeking candidates for the following positions:

• Project Managers
• Site Managers
• General Foremen
• Fitout/Finishing Foremen

Our clients have outstanding pipelines of work ahead and are seeking long-term resources, with relocation, visa assistance and sponsorship to be provided pending working history and experience.  

To be successful in securing a role, you will need:

• Relevant Trade or Tertiary qualifications
• Relevant industry experience in the management and delivery of  residential, commercial, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment
• Be proficient in using the Microsoft suite as well as relevant industry software packages 
• Demonstrated reliability
• Detail oriented and ability to multitask
• Be professionally presented
• An enthusiastic approach to work
• A positive attitude is a must

Salary and packages to be negotiated based on skills and experience, in line with current market rates in Australia.
