A generalist role supporting a fast moving agencies strategic and operational external and internal comms

Looking for a passionate senior communications and engagement professional to join this fast moving organisation supporting strategic and operational objectives. Working within the engagement directorate in a close team your main responsibilities will be focusing on specific projects improving internal standards. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with internal opportunities available afterwards.

Your new role

• Developing and implementing communications plans for priority projects including working with internal stakeholders, employment relations and change management experts to ensure plans and risks and considered
• Creating appropriate communications collateral
• Developing effective and influential relationships with senior and operational leaders

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous proven experience in a communications and engagement environment
• Experience working in a complex stakeholder environment
• Experience implementing change communications strategies and plans will be highly regarded
• Experience creating content for a range of channels
