This position reports to the Manager.

Main responsibilities

• Work independently on various administrative activities based on established policies, standards and procedures
• Meet the requests of clients and other parties involved in the files by offering professional, courteous service
• Conduct checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of data and operations

Specifically, you will:

• Ensure the management and administrative follow-up of files
• Produce the various reports and statistics required by different people involved and ensure the accuracy of data
• Assist your superior in coordinating and distributing work
• Ensure that the unit meets standards of quality, while making the necessary corrections to work methods and procedures

• Secondary school diploma and three and a half years' relevant experience or College diploma and one and a half years' relevant experience
• Bilingualism (spoken and written) - English and French
