Your new company

A well-established consultancy who have been around for over 3 decades. They are a multi-disciplinary consulting firm with significant experience across planning, surveying, and engineering in all forms of land development. They are now seeking a Senior civil Engineering who can help grow their engineering team and deliver high quality consulting services.

Your new role

Your new role will include working alongside and leading a team of civil engineers on varied projects across Christchurch and Canterbury. The majority of the work will be based around subdivision and roading design but will not be limited to this. You will manage and deliver projects from the conception and design stage through resource consenting and the construction stage. You will liaise and build lasting relationships with clients as well as being pivotal in winning new business.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Civil Engineer with strong NZ consultancy experience
• CPEng accreditation or working towards gaining CPEng
• 5 - 7 years of NZ experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passion and drive for building lasting relationships and winning projects and business
• Project management experience
