Description:

The Richemont Senior Business Controller – UAE is a key member of the FP&A team based in Dubai, UAE, and reports to the Regional FP&A Manager. The Controller is a key business partner to all UAE market teams and functions, providing local Richemont management with the financial information and analysis required to take relevant and appropriate decisions in order to effectively manage the business in a sustainable way.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the UAE budget process with Richemont Support Functions, liaise with responsible Directors,   create and submit all budgets and forecasts into Group reporting systems
• Provide variance analysis report and provide feedback to Richemont regional functions / FP&A Manager of any identified risk or deviation with validated budgets
• Analyse and provide feedback to Maison FP&A on the cost allocation of support functions
• Support the preparation of the UAE market 3 year strategic plan consolidating network development plans for all Maisons

Job Requirements:

• University master’s degree in finance / Business School. CPA/CMA is a plus
• 5-7+ years of successful professional experience in FP&A / Business Control
• IT: Strong MS Office skills with experience of data visualization tools
• SAP knowledge is a plus
