Your job

Contribute to the delivery of business initiatives

Determine and understand business needs, manage impacts on operations and make recommendations.

Manage stakeholders and work to bring different interests together.

Proactively communicate results, issues, and risks to management.

Conduct business analytics to support solutions by documenting requirements in business specifications for solution designers and developers.

Provide IT application support for team members and business units

Act as a coach for your colleagues

Ensure sound end-to-end change management.

Required skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field of activity and five years of relevant experience, or master's degree in a related field of activity and four years of relevant experience

Experience in business analysis

Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodology

Experience in business process management

Experience in change management

Privileged skills

Industry knowledge Insurance

Ability to think strategically

Skills in facilitating business elicitation workshops

Ability to communicate effectively in French and English
