Job Responsibilities

Analyzing and deconstructing processes associated with Strategic Planning, Business Planning, Position/Budget Management, Recruitment and People Management; and (re-)building effective, operational, data-centric processes, technology and tools.

Collaborating with departmental stakeholders in understanding operational challenges and identifying opportunities to improve related business processes to enable the organization to better achieve its goals.

Eliciting requirements and driving process change using staff interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis.

Designing and implementing end to end process changes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of processes to meet business objectives.

Leading the development of technical solutions to support and automate processes.

Qualifications

Masters degree in related discipline (Business, Human Resources, and/or IT) or a Bachelors degree with relevant experience.

At least 7 years of experience in scoping, implementing, and monitoring business process optimization/process redesign, some of which relates to the HR department.

Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodology.

Gathering skills; including elicitation, scoping, prioritization, and risk/issue management is essential.

Demonstrated ability to create technology solutions that significantly improve practices to achieve high yielding business results.

Alignment with Sustainalytics mission, vision and values.

Nice to have

Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.

Experience with M&A workforce integration processes.

Experience learning, adapting and remaining resilient in a dynamic, fast-growing business environment.
