- Develop, implement, and maintain a customer support / help system
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements and technical processes
- Identify product improvements and innovative solutions
- Assist in implementation and testing of solutions
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders

Skills and experience for the job:

- Come with a background in Finance, Insurance, Registry, PPSR, Credit, or Government
- Solid technical background, with an understanding of data, integration, databases,
business systems, and/or APIs
- Strong analytical abilities, with proven ability to carry out business and solution
requirements
