Prego restaurant has been in business since 1986 and has a great reputation and strong company culture. Prego is Classic Italian cuisine with a kiwi twist. Service is typically fast moving and always busy. Hours are reasonably flexible, however evening and weekend work will be likely. Cocktail making experience and knowledge of local and European wines. • Wine training certificates or references. At least 3 years experience working in a busy restaurant.

• Brand ambassador, wine service professional, competent looking after a maximum of ten tables, customer service and connection, salesperson.
