As a Senior Banking Advisor at National Bank you’ll use your leadership skills to help your colleagues build their expertise. You’ll adopt a friendly approach and provide high-quality advice as you deliver a people-centric experience to branch clients.

Your role

Provide advice and offer tailored transactional, investment, financing and insurance solutions.

Show clients how to use our digital platforms.

Develop and participate in your team’s business development activities.

Ability to build lasting business relationships.

Maintain relationships with your clients and meet their needs.

Optimize the use of banking tools to advise your client.

Refer clients to your colleagues for their specialized needs

Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

The schedual is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM every day. No weekends or nights.  This position reports to the Branch Manager. Every day, you will work with a team of a experts specialized in investment, credit, mortgage financing and more.

Competencies required

University degree combined with two years of experience (desired)

Experience in an advisory role

Business development experience

Mutual fund representative (MFR) licence

Ability to communicate effectively in English and French

Experience in an advisor role of at least 2 years.
