 What do you need to succeed?

 Must Have:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience including support for Operating Systems: 70% Windows; 30% Linux - shell scripting skills are required
  • SQL Server database and SQL queries and tuning
  • .Net application support experience
  • Production trouble shooting skills
  • Knowledge of production controls and access management
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Rotational after-hours & weekend support

Nice to have 

  • Interacting with ServiceNow on incidents, problems, service requests, change deployments
  • Knowledge of Enterprise job schedulers
  • DevOps process and deployment
