As a Senior Analyst, you will have to interact with different sectors, coordinate transaction settlement activities, ensure the quality of interventions and services offered, act as a resource person and coach of the team by participating in problem solving and the development of solutions.

Your job: 

• Establish the operational framework and controls to mitigate risks to the sector's activities
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve existing processes and build on their achievements
• Coordinate activities related to updates to our various source systems
• Ensure the production of statistics and various financial and regulatory reports
• Participate in decision-making regarding the direction of the sector's activities

This position reports to the director and you collaborate daily with a team of several experts.  Your integration consists of training based on learning in action to allow you to master your business, our products and our technologies. Required skills:

• College diploma or any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent
• Understanding of financial products and their regulation (e.g. derivatives and securities)
• Ability to manage several files simultaneously, rigor and interest in learning
• Ability to work in a team, and to pamper team members in daily activities
• Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English, essential

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of MAX-Arrow, OSS, Avis Tr, STC and Murex systems, desirable
