Role: Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence(Permanent Position)

GENERAL SUMMARY

This role in the Virtustream Finance department will be responsible for managing all elements of Sales Finance organization, ranging from pipeline analysis to deal review & reporting. This position will employ strong operational, systems, financial skills to execute daily operations and develop scalable processes to support this high growth business. This role will report directly to our Sales Finance Senior Manager and will be responsible for a review of all deal documents for Executive Management as well as ensuring all corporate matters are processed accurately and in a timely fashion.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as a trusted partner with our sales and sales operations team members
• Build and publish executive reports & dashboards across all aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline, bookings, and revenue
• Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and support on the impact to revenue and booking value based on deal structure
• Responsible for detailed contract analysis to determine accuracy & compliance of all order documentation, highlighting any non-standard language to enable proper internal review
• Drive compliance through interaction with internal stake holders including legal, sales, accounting, and operations
• Assist in various system enhancement integrations - CRM, ERP, etc

SKILLS

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or sales operations
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to work under critical timeframes
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to work independently
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Excel advanced functionalities and VisualBasic/Macro
• Salesforce.com and SAP experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree a plus
