National Bank Direct Brokerage (NBDB), a division of National Bank Financial Inc., offers a wide range of financial products and investment tools. NBDB is a discount securities brokerage firm where clients can carry out their transactions online or by phone with a representative. NBDB offers National Bank clients and Canadian investors, who are looking for autonomy and control, an economical and efficient way to trade investment products across multiple platforms. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting several operational activities, including the billing of fees and production of reports. You will also act as a recognized expert, providing advice to various parties and management for decisions requiring operational expertise.
This position reports to the NBDB Strategy and Project Manager
Your main challenges
More specifically, you’ll be required to:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience OR university certificate/undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program and 6 years of relevant experience
Solid understanding of the Direct Brokerage field
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Good knowledge of systems (e.g., PCIS, Croesus, T80 and AS400), Bank products and services, an asset
Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course, an asset
Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize information
Attention to detail and strong time and priority management skills
Bilingualism French and english
