As a Senior Analyst, you will work in a business intelligence environment analyzing business needs and helping solve complex issues. You will be part of the simplification and continuous improvement of processes while helping accelerate the transformation of our practices, systems, and data.

Your duties: 

• Work with various stakeholders who have different mandates and varied expertise (technology, data science, finance, etc.) and ensure ongoing communication 
• Understand and translate stakeholders’ needs, document processes, and model information flows 
• Define change for teams and identify potential impacts
• Coordinate mandates under your responsibility, from the analysis through to the solution rollout, while ensuring good change management
• Promote compliance with Business Intelligence norms and standards set by the organization
• Help implement a strategy to propel Finance into an advisory role 

This newly implemented team wants to become the resource for Business Intelligence in the Finance sector. Our mission is to contribute to the improvement of decision-making based on advice and solutions to make use of the wealth of data and accelerate the Bank's evolution. This position has a hybrid work model.

Required skills:

• Bachelor‘s degree or academic equivalent in a related field and at least 7–10 years of relevant experience 
• Experience in analysis and business intelligence 
• Ability to synthesize and communicate in non-technical language
• Experience working in Agile mode 
• Leadership, ability to influence, sense of initiative, and strong priority-management skills
• Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)

Preferred skills: 

• Knowledge of tools like Jira or Confluence 
• Excellent knowledge of SAP S4/HANA, Analysis for Office, and Fiori
• Excellent knowledge of a data exploitation tool such as Tableau or Power BI
