Ko tÄ mÄtou mahi - Our Role
This role is responsible for the identification, collection and analysis of information to support the development of asset management strategies and plans for KÄinga Ora. You will also be responsible for identifying and interpreting key trends impacting KÄinga Ora's housing portfolio, operating environment and strategic settings. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the thought leadership and market intelligence for the organisation.
Communication is going to be key on this role so we are looking for someone who is a natural communicator that can take our data insights and clearly communicate that story to our people. Having an analytical background is a must, but we are looking for the right balance of someone who can bring their analytical skills, provide day to day support to the business, a can do attitude where you will go the extra mile for customers and managing the core outcomes and business needs. Your role will have you work with people from right across the business at all levels so you will need to be comfortable dealing and interacting with everyone.
