Being an Advisor on the Private Banking 1859 Digital Solutions team means working as a team in an environment where you can excel while building solid connections with all other Bank sectors. We are looking for a business leader who will take on the role of Product Owner to update the SAP PB 1859 CRM and implement, track and operationalize other digital solutions.
Your day-to-day tasks
- Lead business projects in multidisciplinary teams with internal and external partners while safeguarding our business value
- Define targets, prioritize and orchestrate the work and implementation, while taking into account constraints and fostering sound change management
- Ensure ongoing communication with all users to properly guide solution development and meet their key business needs
- Inform stakeholders about the progress of initiatives and influence them by effectively sharing the vision and information about complex situations
- Support the executive decision-making process by highlighting key elements
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Manage impacts of interdependencies between projects
- Act as a business expert for sponsors and stakeholders
- Build, prioritize and manage the book of initiatives related to CRM features
- Bring continuous improvements to the process, improve the client and employee experience
- Be accountable for commitments (value, costs, schedules and benefits)
- Guide and oversee development of large-scale digital initiatives that have a significant impact on the performance of the end-to-end process and client satisfaction
- Identify complex problems, initiate changes and encourage the continuous rethinking of work methods in order to optimize the sector’s efficiency
- Keep abreast of new developments in your sector of activity and identify opportunities to ensure the evolution of processes and systems
- Ensure the change management and development of PB 1859’s culture by regularly coaching the sales force and support teams.
This position reports to the Senior Manager – Digital Solutions, Private Banking 1859.
Competencies required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience or master's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Experience managing large-scale projects
- Knowledge of SAP, an asset
- Knowledge of the business reality of Private Banking 1859, an asset
- Understanding of the Bank’s overall IT/Operational environment
- Excellent ability to create strong personal relationships with the sales force and work under pressure
- Ability to quickly grasp and resolve complex issues and make appropriate recommendations
- Able to think outside the box to identify unconventional and sustainable solutions
- Discipline, analytical mindset, autonomy, innovation, and team spirit
- Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
