Key Responsibilities

The Senior Advisor has a worldwide scope and visibility with finance leadership in the services organization. They play a critical role in support of the team's financial planners who forecast future financial performance of revenue and cost. The lead role also manages the planning process, provides guidance and inputs to other planners, and advises the finance controller throughout the year during all planning phases of forecast, outlook, and close.

You will:

• Manage the forecast, outlook and close cycles with controllers and business partners
• Provide insightful analytics and insights into cost performance across geographies and products
• Drive process improvement and value-add change, devising new initiatives and leading their implementation
• Analyze performance of cost and productivity against operational metrics
• Align with FP&A teams in Services and the Business Unit during outlook, forecast and close cycles
• Support the SVPs and Controllers with financial updates on forecast and outlook, intra-quarter performance, key analytics, and other processes
• Maintain regular contact with the Services finance directors and business partners to conduct outlook reviews, communicate process updates, and proactively update calendars

Essential Requirements

• Superior analytical abilities and comfort with standard tools (MS Excel, MS Access, Powerpoint)
• Innovative and willingness to be pro-active in leading new data modelling and reporting initiatives
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Pro-active self-starter who is results-driven and ability to deal effectively with ambiguity
• A strong desire to continuously improve and build upon feedback from leaders
• Quick learning, attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, excellent written and spoken English

Desirable Requirements

• Previous experience in planning or analysis is a benefit
• Experience in data science or business intelligence
