This position reports to the Manager.

Main challenges

• Act as an expert advisor for senior management and provide information helping to direct the Bank's strategic decisions
• Negotiate major service agreements with various stakeholders and ensure their satisfaction through the quality of services offered
• Create and ensure the development of new policies linked to your professional field
• Understand business issues, identify the needs of stakeholders, and suggest strategies, while taking into account the diversity of file in order to support the execution of various activities
• Guide the progress of various projects and mandates having a significant impact on the Bank's profitability and effectiveness
• Influence strategic orientations and the development of policies and practices relating to your field of expertise in order to ensure consistency with the orientations of the organization as a whole
• Strategically intervene with various parties in your sector and support their activities by providing high-level expertise
• Interact with managers and various Bank sectors to influence them, convince them to co-operate or take particular measures

Specifically, you will:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and seven years' relevant experience or Master's degree in a related field and five years' relevant experience
  
• Bilingualism both spoken and written (English and French)
