As a well-seasoned People and Culture Advisor looking for their next career move, you will be responsible for nurturing and partnering with our Leaders and teams to support in organisational and capability development. Working collaboratively with our teams and their Leaders across the Ministry, you will support in providing HR advice in how to recognise and encourage people capability - partnering with leaders to guide them through HR processes, procedures and promote HR practices that ensure our teams can aspire and deliver valued services to our Pacific People.
