• Actively participate with sector prioritization committees in the ongoing project approval process
• Follow, gauge, and analyze the P&C portfolio by creating and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations

• Analyze the portfolio and make recommendations to the Senior Manager to optimize costs, benefits, sequencing, cross-sector alignment and its maintenance, and the global strategic alignment

More specifically, you’ll be required to:

• Document and upgrade P&C portfolio management processes and tools along with developments at the Bank
• Provide ongoing follow-up on sector prioritization committee projects:
  • Document the process (approvals, comments, points to be followed up, etc.)
  • Ensure that the documentation is adequate
  • Carry out business case analyses for projects requesting prioritization and/or additional budget
  • Create connections between the various prioritization committees across the Bank
• Work closely with several P&C sectors as well as the Strategic Initiatives Financial Performance group to provide ongoing project follow-up
• Manage the portfolio management tools and processes (reporting, new requests, access, etc.)
• Implement KPIs/dashboards and track the progress and the health status of the project portfolio
• Analyze databases from multiple sources

Competencies required:

• A completed bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience OR a completed master's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of business challenges and various technologies
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, more specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to summarize information quickly
• Experience in the development of metrics and dashboards
• Knowledge of reporting and data visualization best practices
• Strong knowledge of project and portfolio financial performance
• Bilingual, both spoken and written (English and French)

Preferred competencies :

• Solid knowledge of the various P&C business units
• Good knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint
• Knowledge of software like Power Apps and Power Automate
