As a Financial Markets Regulatory Inquiries Support Lead you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a policy and program governance framework that facilities adoption and compliance of regulatory authorities request and audits information management practices across Financial Markets and its Operations. You will be accountable to raise organizational awareness and conduct information risk mitigation activities.

Your Role:

• Develop the regulatory authorities’ responses governance framework with the assistance of experts.
• Influence and implement a management strategy for regulatory authorities requests and audits by developing strategic partnerships, addressing high priority issues and maintaining a series practises, including corporate records.
• Implement sustainable practices to ensure the information adherence, identifying issues and opportunities, monitoring, and reporting records management program effectiveness.
• Act as a single reference point for any question related to regulatory authorities requests and audits.
• Support the lines of business with their inquiries on regulatory and/or external/internal audit matters to drive alignment and proper connection points between regulatory requests.
• Lead and guide discussions with the risk managers of various business lines.
• Create insight through thoughtful data reporting and analytics.

Our Business Operational Strategy, Resilience and Risk Management – Transversal Governance team is responsible for assisting in setting and executing Financial Markets Operational risk strategies, by providing direction, guidance and oversight, while also promoting a strong risk culture and sustainable risk-return thinking. The team promotes a strong compliance culture and management of risk exposure through Implementation of control design & ongoing implementation of controls and management of risks.

Competencies required:

• 5 to 7 years related to regulations and reporting experience in risk management, external or internal audit or compliance
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in capital markets, Operational Risk Management or related field
• Solid knowledge of Financial Markets activities, including products and structures as well as the systems and processes that are supporting them.
• Ability to think laterally to lead and manage complex files and projects. Excellent ability to influence and lead
