Financial Analysis Senior Advisor

Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. What you'll achieve

You will support the global Data Protection and OSA engineering teams within the USS group of the ISG engineering development organization.

You will:

• Develop, interpret and implement financial analysis for financial planning and control of the engineering group
• Perform various Outlooks during the fiscal year and be deeply involved in the Annual Operating Plan
• Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance
• Prepare recommendations for financial plans, trend future requirements for various engineering programs and operating forecasts
• Research and studies covering rates of return, depreciation outlooks, capex investment opportunities, life cycle of various products and required engineering support
• Assist in monthly closing activities
• Analysis of headcount support, management and best/rest ratios
• Help mentor and develop FDP and junior financial analysts
• Prepare monthly and quarterly read-outs to the senior management of the engineering groups on its financial performance
• Various adhoc projects and be involved in various Hoshin initiatives

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Experience in finance specifically with a tech company would be ideal but not required
• The ability to communicate business objectives and recognize financial and accounting implications of business plans and decisions
• Strong analytical skills to deliver complex business cases and process improvements
• Ability to multi-task and support multiple business partners
• Team player
