Financial Analysis Senior Advisor

Dell Technologies Services(DTS) finance is looking for a Senior Advisor, Financial Analysis (I8) to join our ISG Support Services finance team . We support the ISG Support Services organization which has over 8,000 employees with an annual spend of $750m. This is excellent opportunity to get exposure to supporting a team in diverse locations.

What you'll achieve

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the LATAM business with spend of $20m and a headcount footprint of 400 and also supporting the FP&A activity for the data protection business

You will partner and work closely with the VP for the LATAM region and her executive team to provide finance support to her business (Close/Outlook/Forecasts), to help identify opportunities that will drive efficiencies in the operation & ensure that the business can scale its cost base in the short to medium term.

You will also have the opportunity to work on cross functional and global initiatives as we transform our business within a rapidly changing IT environment. You will be part of a dynamic and experienced global finance team that welcomes different perspectives and a spirit of innovation. This role offers good experience in spend management, planning processes, and building relationships with internal customers.

You will:

• Work on Annual Forecast Cycles/Quarterly Outlooks.
• Manage month close activities, provide variance analysis.
• LOB Profitability/Margin Analysis & Cost of Service Scaling activity for the region
• Work on MFR/Executive decks for senior leadership reviews
• Drive project initiatives that have high executive visibility & significant impact on business.
• Lead global cost reduction initiatives or other complex initiatives by partnering with Engineering and other operational stakeholders

Essential Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of proven experience in a professional role
• The candidate should have a University degree and post degree qualification
• Be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and a track record of working independently to deliver projects that contain a high degree of complexity.
• Strong track record of dealing with ambiguity and making decisions without all of the facts
• Controllership Skills(Facts & Figures Decision Maker/Result Oriented)

You should have a strong track record in dealing with financial complexity and managing/driving business/finance projects to completion that involve people from different operational and finance teams.

Desirable Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint and Power BI
