As Senior Advisor, Cybersecurity Standards and Oversight for the Chief Information Security Officer's (CISO) sector, you will be responsible for creating and implementing an oversight strategy.

Your role:

• Oversee information security policies, standards and procedures and make sure they are up to date, clear and accessible and are properly used by the target audience
• Orchestrate oversight frameworks and develop practices
• Manage, improve and update the library of standards, procedures and policies based on content provides by experts
• Coordinate the publication process for the Bank's security controls and standards
• Offer support in response to audit requests
• Promote buy-in to and adoption of security oversight frameworks throughout the organization
• Manage the service desk (requests to create or modify oversight frameworks)
• Respond to IT audit requests

We're opening this new position on the Reporting, Awareness and Oversight team under the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to recruit experienced talent in this field.

Competencies required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent sense of initiative and analytical/critical thinking skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in service management
• Ability to work with teams to achieve objectives while meeting deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience in project management and ability to plan, manage and maintain a complex, organization-wide program over the long term

Preferred competencies :

• Direct experience in developing security measures, KRIs and KPIs for leadership, an asset.
• Experience as an IT auditor, an asset.
• Hands-on experience: Confluence, Web 2.0, JIRA, Power BI, an asset.
